Our days at Port Blair was very good but in Havelock we faced difficulties due to the irresponsibility of the agent. The agent failed to make alternative plans for the elephant beach which was closed due to weather conditions. we weren't even informed about the cancellation of the plans. It brought us much difficulties and confusions and ruined the day and after some struggle we got our refund. Agent at Havelock Mr.Arif Khan, we only saw him when we stepped down from the ship in Havelock and he disappeared there on, even when we demanded a meet for the communication purpose(due to network problem in Havelock ) he never came. But overall theandamantourism.com made our tour well organised except that one day(Elephant beach plan). I will surely recommend everyone who are travelling to andaman to book through Theandamantourism.com and my suggestion to andamantourism is that to make prompt communication in case plan changes. NOTES TO THE TRAVELLER WHO IS TRAVELING TO ANDAMAN. 1. Don't depends on mobile Internet as of July 2018 there is only 2g network (Airtel, Vodafone and cell one) and it won't connect to Internet. 2. Carry suitcase locks it will be usefull at Jetty because luggages are kept separate from the passengers. 6. Trip to havelock and niel was good but for elephanta Beach travel they provided a jetty without cover.It was difficult for us to sit with children and it was a very slow boat. While returning from Neil our tickets were scattered in cruise ,difficult to travel in such way. No swimming pool at neil island. Had to shift rooms as AC was not working..At portblair I was completely misguided as from 2PM to 4 PM we were kept at hotel due to non availability of vehichle. They didn't show the museum and market got closed while the cab reached. Not a perfect tour as expected. Water Sports at Elephanta beach, Radhanagar Beach and Neil Island tour.
